The pudendal nerve branches like tree roots all throughout the levator ani muscles and can become trapped or aggravated. Rectal spasming (cramping) and aggravated nerves will then constrict your rectum even further.

Lots of good information

I've read the book, but I'm leary to mess with DMSO and potassium iodide. Jini has a lot of good suggestions. Of things don't improve, I'll give the recipe a try.
